This project focused on improving collaboration across the three divisions of RPSCoE by identifying friction in communication, coordination, and teamwork. Using systems thinking and research-based insights, it developed a practical framework to strengthen collaboration, improve workflow efficiency, and support innovation within RPSCoE.
